I built and ran my own solo residential cleaning business for over 30 years.
I didn’t start out knowing what I was doing. I undercharged, overcleaned, and thought I needed every client who was willing to hire me.
Over time, I learned how to price better, choose better clients, simplify my services, and build a business that worked for my life.
I had clients who stayed with me for 10, 15, even 20+ years, and some of those long-term clients brought $100,000 or more into my business over the years.
Not because I had a team or a huge cleaning company.
I built long-term relationships with the right recurring clients and learned just how valuable one great client could become.
Now I help other women build profitable solo cleaning businesses using what I learned from actually building one myself.
